Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VisualText, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

VisualText uses AI to turn text and documents (DOCX, PDF, TXT) into editable flowcharts, infographics and knowledge cards, with export to PNG, JPG, PDF and PPT, and optional public sharing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse free credits or otherwise circumvent usage limits.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive free credits. Paid plans and credit packs are sold via Stripe, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Credits are consumed when a diagram is successfully generated; failed generations are not charged. Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content; do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or bypass credit limits. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text and documents you submit and the diagrams you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service.

If you create a public share link, anyone with that link can view the diagram until you disable sharing.

AI-generated output

AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing diagrams before relying on or publishing them.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the diagrams you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Our intellectual property

The VisualText name, logo, website and software belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

Governing law
