This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It defines what you may and may not do with VisualText. Violations can lead to suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited content
You may not use the service to generate, upload or share content that is unlawful; infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others; contains hate speech, harassment or incitement to violence; is sexually explicit or exploits minors; or is intended to deceive, defraud or mislead (including disinformation and phishing material).
Prohibited behavior
You may not: probe, attack or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law; bypass or circumvent credit limits, rate limits or access controls; register multiple free accounts to abuse free credits; use the service through automated scraping or bulk generation outside the provided interfaces; or resell access to the service without our written consent.
Your uploads
You are responsible for the text and documents you submit. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload other people's sensitive personal data or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
AI-generated output
AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing diagrams before relying on or publishing them, and for how you use them. Do not present AI-generated diagrams as factual evidence or professional advice without verification.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Where feasible we will explain the action and how to appeal.
Reporting
To report abuse or content that violates this policy, email support@genpollar.com with the link or details, and we will investigate.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
