Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Genpollar (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Genpollar
Genpollar is an aggregated AI video and image generation platform. We route generation requests to upstream model providers (such as Kling, Veo, Seedance, Hailuo, Wan and others) through a unified API and a single credit balance, and store finished outputs on a CDN that you can access from your library.
The Service is provided as software-as-a-service. We are not the author of any AI model and we do not guarantee that any specific model, version, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your Genpollar account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts to bypass rate limits or credit pricing is not allowed.
3. What You Are Buying: Credits
- Genpollar is sold as pay-as-you-go credits, not as a subscription. Each credit pack lists the number of credits and the USD price at checkout.
- Each model has a credits-per-second (or per-image) rate published in the product. Longer or higher-quality outputs consume more credits.
- Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
- Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. No Auto-Renewal, No Hidden Charges
Because credit packs are one-time purchases, there is nothing to “cancel”. Your card will not be charged again unless you actively buy another pack. If we ever introduce a recurring plan, we will require explicit opt-in and will document cancellation rules in this section before launch.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility, refund window, non-refundable cases, processing time, and how to apply are described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests should be sent to support@genpollar.com with your account email and the order ID.
6. Prohibited Use
Your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and account behavior are all subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, including (but not limited to) bans on illegal use, NSFW content, content involving minors, non-consensual deepfakes, intellectual-property infringement, and misleading political, medical, financial or legal content. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unused credits.
7. Generation Failures, Queues, and Model Availability
- AI generation can fail, be queued, be delayed, or be temporarily unavailable for reasons outside our control (e.g. upstream provider outage, content moderation rejection, capacity limits).
- When a generation fails for technical or moderation reasons, the credits charged for that job are automatically refunded to your account ledger. The transaction will appear in your account history.
- When a generation succeeds but the result is subjectively unsatisfactory, credits are not automatically refunded; this is the normal nature of probabilistic AI output.
8. AI-Generated Content and Your Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the prompts and reference materials you submit, and for how you use the generated outputs.
- You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any uploaded image, audio, or text, and that your use of generated outputs will not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
- We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before redistribution.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, refuse generations, delete stored outputs, and decline future purchases if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law or by an upstream provider. Where the violation is severe (for example, content involving minors, fraud, or chargeback abuse), suspension may be immediate and refunds may be denied as permitted by the Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genpollar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
